Recently i prototyped and demonstrated vertical solution stacks integrated out of several Open Source components. These solutions (E-Commerce and Groupware) were selected due to their Open Source and Server Centric nature and as example applications that would benefit from a non-stop clustered deployment. I engineered the packages with startup and optimization scripts for deployment on a Non-Stop Single System Image Cluster.

Kurt Hutchison and i delivered a Forum 2000 presention on this topic. The Non-Stop Open Source E-Commerce Pack is not yet available as a product but the links above should get you a tour of the components, licenses and notes about the product.
